Hi! I’m Jessica Soussana, a therapist and coach helping adults who think too much, sleep poorly, or carry tension in their body feel more calm and in control.

Throughout my more than 20-year career, I’ve worked with clients ranging from youth to adults. Each person brings unique challenges shaped by their life experiences. As your coach, I will help you feel more relaxed throughout the day, become more present in the moment, and worry less about the past and the future—while still creating meaningful goals to work toward and achieve.
